Overview

Pneumatic membrane control valve is a widely used type of final control component for electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment. Other final control components include metering pumps, regulating baffles and louvered baffles (a variant of butterfly valves), variable pitch fan blades, current regulating devices, and motor positioning devices different from valves. Although regulating valves are widely used, other units in the regulating system probably do not require as little maintenance work as it does.

Product Details

Pneumatic membrane regulating valve matched with electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment

Abbreviated as a regulating valve, it consists of an actuator and a regulating mechanism. The development of pneumatic diaphragm regulating valves has a history of 80 years since the beginning of the 20th century, and has produced ten major categories of regulating valve products, including self operated valves and positioners.

The inlet locator of the pneumatic three-way explosion-proof membrane valve regulating valve is usually composed of an electric actuator or a pneumatic actuator and a valve body. There are mainly two types of straight stroke: straight through single seat and straight through double seat. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance, and stable operation, so it is usually particularly suitable for situations with high flow rate, high pressure drop, and low leakage. The main types of angular stroke include V-shaped electric regulating ball valves, pneumatic diaphragm cut-off valves, eccentric butterfly valves, etc.
The types of regulating valves are classified according to their purpose and function, main parameters, pressure, working temperature of the medium, special purpose (i.e. special, dedicated valves), driving energy, structure, etc. The classification method divides regulating valves into nine major categories based on their structure, with six being straight stroke and three being angular stroke.

According to the main parameters

1. Classified by pressure
(1) Vacuum valve: working pressure lower than standard atmospheric pressure;
(2) Low pressure valve: nominal pressure PN ≤ 1.6MPa;
(3) Medium pressure valve: PN2.5-6.4MPa;
(4) High pressure valve: PNl0.0~80.OMPa, usually PN22, PN32;
(5) Ultra high pressure valve: PN ≥ IOOMPa.
2. Classified by working temperature of the medium
(1) High temperature valve: t>450 ℃;
(2) Medium temperature valve: 220 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 450 ℃;

(3) Normal temperature valve: -40 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 220 ℃; ④ Low temperature valve: -200 ℃ ≤ t ≤ -40 ℃.
