The prepared or preliminarily processed liposome samples may not meet the final required particle size or distribution requirements, and therefore require whole particle processing. By using a certain power source to extrude the sample from the extruder filter membrane (100NM, 200NM or other specifications), the process is temperature controlled to achieve the effect of refining particle size and improving uniform distribution.

Multi layer samples are forced to repeatedly pass through polycarbonate filters with predetermined pore sizes, forming uniform and smaller particle sizes of 50-1000nm liposomes.

1. All component materials, including O-rings, washers, etc., have passed FDA certification.

2. It can be used in single or double units.

3. All contact material pipelines are made of 316L stainless steel material.

4. It can be used for high concentration sample processing, and temperature control devices are equipped before and after extrusion to effectively control the sample temperature.

5. Pre set pressure protection valve, with a pressure of up to 1000Psi.

6. All contact membrane surfaces are treated with electrolytic polishing, with a polishing degree of 1.5Ra (all far higher than the required polishing degree).

7. Can be used in a clean room and meets GMP standards.

8. Can be used for processing high concentration samples.
