1、 Overview of Pneumatic Double Seat Regulating Valve

The ZJHN pneumatic double seat regulating valve adopts a dual number guiding structure and is equipped with a multi spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. Pneumatic dual seat regulating valves are widely used to precisely control process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level of gases, liquids, steam, and other media to maintain them at given values. Especially suitable for media with large pressure differences, large allowable leaks, and not very clean environments.

There are various types of pneumatic double seat regulating valve products, including standard type, corrugated pipe sealing type, jacket insulation type, etc. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN16, 40, and 64; The valve body diameter range is DN25-400. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -250 ℃ to+560 ℃ in various grades. The leakage standards are Level III and Level IV. The flow characteristics are linear or percentage.
