Installation precautions:

Place the diaphragm pump as close as possible to the product to minimize the length of the suction pipe and reduce the number of components required. Do not reduce the diameter of the pipe. If installing a hard pipeline, a short hose should be used to connect the pump and pipeline. Flexible hoses can slow down the vibration and distortion of pipelines, and it is recommended to use a pressure regulator tank to further reduce the pulse in the fluid.
The pump supply pressure is not recommended to exceed 6Kg/cm2 (85PSI), and a pressure regulating valve must be installed to ensure that the supply pressure does not exceed the specified range. Connect the inlet of the pump to a gas source with sufficient capacity and pressure that meets the design requirements. The inlet of the pump must be connected to the gas source through a flexible hose. In addition to the cover of the air intake, the weight of the air intake duct and pressure regulating filter must also be supported by some method. If the duct is not supported, the pump may be damaged. If the pump needs to work for a long time, when the compressed air has a high water content and the ambient temperature is low, it is easy to cause blockage of the exhaust muffler.
Before starting the diaphragm pump, check all fixed joints to prevent looseness and tighten any loose areas to prevent leakage.
If the diaphragm is damaged, the extracted liquid or gas will enter the air port of the pump and be discharged into the atmosphere. When extracting hazardous or toxic substances, the pipeline needs to be installed in a suitable place for safe treatment.
5： If used to transport liquid substances that are prone to solidification, in order to prevent damage to the pump, the pump must be cleaned after each use. Otherwise, the liquid substances left in the pump will dry out or stick to the inside of the pump, causing problems with the diaphragm and valves before the next start. In any case, the pump must be drained after use at freezing temperatures.
