1. Product Introduction
Pneumatic button battery sealing machineMainly used for sample production in laboratory battery material research and development for button batteries and capacitor sealing, and can also be used for small-scale trial production in factories. Different molds can also be used for battery disassembly, pole piece pressing, battery powder pressing and other operations. The standard configuration can be used for 20 series button batteries. It is also possible to replace some mold accessories and package 16, 24, 30 series button type batteries.
2. Main features
●The lower mold adopts high-precision positioning ring limit to control the height of the battery packaging, in order to prevent damage to the battery and sealing cup in case of unstable packaging pressure.
●The inner ring of the upper mold sealing cup is equipped with a screw spring top center mechanism to ensure that in case the battery gets stuck during sealing, it cannot be removedSimply twist the top screw to forcefully eject the button battery.
●There are two ways to supply gas: compressed air or inert gas cylinders. External exhaust of compressed air can prevent damage to the glove box gasAtmosphere.

● Gas source: 0.7-0.8MPa argon or nitrogen gas cylinders, or compressed air (compressed air is not recommended for use in glove boxes)

4. Instructions for use
1. Battery placement: In the open mold state, place the battery into the positioning groove of the lower mold, with the negative electrode facing up, and place it flat and upright.
2. Battery sealing: Twist the mechanical valve to open, switch the air path to raise the dynamic template and apply pressure to close the mold, thus achieving battery packaging.
3. Remove the battery: Twist the mechanical valve to close, switch the air path to lower the moving template, and the sealing mold will automatically open. After opening the mold, remove the battery.
4. Battery sealing height limit adjustment: Loosen the 4-meter screw on the side of the sealing limit nut, rotate the nut to adjust the height, and then limit the height of the battery sealing. After adjustment, tighten the 4-meter screw on the side.
