Plate sterilizer is a primary sterilization equipment designed for dairy beverages or similar liquid materials. Different process combinations can be designed according to users' different process requirements for heating, sterilization, insulation, and cooling of different materials to meet the process requirements.

1、 Classification of Plate Sterilizers
Automatic configuration: Using computer program control PLC technology, process production operation control is carried out according to the set process requirements. It comes with a CIP cleaning program for automatic cleaning.
Semi automatic configuration: The process of operation and running is semi automatically controlled. The operator can control the pump, valve, and reflux function from the control panel. Maintain sterilization temperature through temperature controlled PID. The sterilization temperature is continuously recorded on the recorder.

2、 Application of Plate Sterilizer
This sterilizer is used for the heating, sterilization, insulation, and cooling of thermosensitive liquids such as fresh milk, fruit juice beverages, and alcoholic beverages.
3、 Main configuration of plate sterilizer
This unit consists of material balance and conveying system, plate heat system, material piping system, hot water piping system, steam piping system, hot water heating system, material automatic reflux system, temperature automatic control and electrical control system, etc.
4、 Characteristics of Plate Sterilizer
1. The material and heating medium are heated through non-contact heat exchange;
2. Short sterilization time;
3. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel material;

Process parameters: 5 ℃ → 65 ℃ homogenization → 95 ℃ → 140 ℃ (4S) → 25 ℃
