Plastic impact specimen notch measuring instrument
Our company has developed a specialized V2 and U2 notch processing and inspection equipment called the "Automatic Impact Notch Measuring Instrument" based on the actual needs of our customers, using GB/T1843-2008 for measuring the impact strength of cantilever beams and ISO179 for measuring the impact strength of simply supported beams. The optical imaging technology is used to capture the images of the V2 and U2 notches of the tested impact specimen. Our company's dedicated measurement software SMTMeasSystem_iG automatically captures and determines the size of the V2 and 2U notches accurately measured by the pendulum impact.
Using specialized optical imaging technology, the V2 and U2 notch images of the tested impact specimen are collected. Our company's dedicated measurement software SMTMeasSystem_System is used to automatically capture and determine the notch angle, notch depth, notch bottom radius, notch bottom height, notch symmetry plane specimen longitudinal axis angle, and other parameter values.
