The DR-6000A plastic bending testing machine is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of various metal and non-metal materials, such as tension, compression, bending, shear, tearing, peeling, and puncture. It can also perform automatic control tests for constant velocity loading, constant velocity deformation, and constant velocity displacement, and has the functions of low cycle load cycle, deformation cycle, and displacement cycle.

The DR-6000A plastic bending testing machine is driven by a servo motor. The servo motor, high rigidity, high precision, high transmission efficiency, and planetary reduction system drive the ball screw to achieve the testing loading process.

This machine adopts a DSP+MCU fully digital closed-loop control system for control and measurement, and uses a computer to dynamically display the test process and test curves, and perform data processing. After the test is completed, the data can be reanalyzed through a graphical processing module to achieve secondary editing, Excel data export, and printing of test reports.
