1. Transmission system: The lower crossbeam is lifted and lowered by a motor through a reducer, a chain transmission mechanism, and a screw pair to adjust the stretching and compression space.

2. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by a motor to enter the oil circuit through a high-pressure pump. It flows through a high-pressure oil filter, a differential pressure valve group, and a servo valve before entering the oil cylinder. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow rate into the oil cylinder and achieving control of constant speed test force, constant speed displacement, etc.

3. Control system:

(1) Support conducting tensile, compressive, shear, bending, and other tests.

（2）Support open editing experiments, editing standards and editing steps, and support exporting and importing experiments, standards and steps.

4. Safety protection device:

（1）When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, overload protection is activated and the oil pump motor is shut down.

（2）When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the limit protection stops and the oil pump motor stops.

（3）When the crossbeam descends to the set position, limit protection is activated and the gearbox stops.

5. Testing machine software:

（1）Multiple control modes can be selected for automatic program control.

（2）Automatic programmable intelligent expert system, with up to 50 automatic programming steps.

（3）The software has three levels of management permissions, each logged in with their own password, further ensuring the secure use of the software.

（4）The software can present a Chinese window system with a user interface consistent with the Windows style on Windows 98/2000/XP.
