1、 Summary
The SPA-2600 plasma cleaner is a product that performs surface cleaning, activation, and etching in a normal pressure environment. It is usually paired with a jet straight spray gun head, and is mainly used to handle materials with small areas, high processing trajectory accuracy, and many corners. 2、 The structure of plasma wind rod is mainly divided into three components, namely high-voltage excitation power supply, plasma generation device spray gun, and control system
1. High voltage excitation power supply: The generation of plasma requires high voltage excitation, and atmospheric plasma is excited by an intermediate frequency power supply with a frequency of 10-4OKHz. The high voltage is between 4-10KW. The parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the sample to achieve the desired modification effect.
2. Plasma generating device spray gun: Atmospheric plasma generating device spray gun. According to the size of the processing area, plasma spray guns can be divided into two types: jet direct spraying and rotary spraying.
