QM-3SP2ball millIt is a device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, dispersion of nanomaterials, development of new products, and small-scale production of materials. The product has a small volume, comprehensive functions, high efficiency, and low noise, making it an ideal equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro particle research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment), QM-3SP2ball millEquipped with a vacuum ball milling jar, the sample can be ground in a vacuum state.

working principle

The planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on the same main disc. When the main disc of the sun gear rotates, the grinding tanks, which are loaded with sample materials and grinding balls, rotate at high speed in the opposite direction around their central axis to perform planetary motion. At a certain speed, centrifugal force causes the grinding balls in the ball milling jar to collide, crush, and grind the sample during high-speed motion, and can also be used for dispersing and mixing the sample material. This product can be ground and mixed with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. When selecting a vacuum ball milling jar, grinding and sample preparation can be carried out under vacuum or atmosphere protection, and the minimum particle size of the ground sample can be up to0.1Microns (i.e1.0×10mm-4）
