Product Introduction

Dual temperature compensation: Dual compensation solves the large errors caused by changes in air temperature, achieving high stability and accuracy in wind speed testing.

High response and sensitivity: The JT1433 sensor has significant characteristics such as wide range directional testing, fast response time, high sensitivity, and high precision. It can test up to 20m/s and is suitable for applications such as ventilation ducts, biosafety cabinets, and fume hoods.

Customizable length:The JT1433 sensor adopts a rod type integrated structure with a diameter of only 12mm and a length that can be customized.

Multiple output forms:The sensor has a standard RS485 communication interface, 0-10V, optional TTL, I2C, AL switch signal and other output forms, making it convenient for users to choose and use.

Features:

1. High strength structure:The sensor body is made of a combination of aluminum alloy and polymer materials, with high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance, which can adapt to more harsh testing environments and measure for a long time.

2. High reliability:According to industrial grade design, all tests including high and low temperature testing, vibration testing, salt spray testing, and protection testing are conducted.

3. High integration:JT1433 adopts an integrated design of acquisition and transmission circuit and wind measurement probe, with a 6-core bare wire connector, no need for external transmission circuit, compact and small structure, and easy to use.

4. High accuracy:In the principle of thermal wind speed testing, changes in ambient temperature (wind temperature) are one of the main factors affecting testing accuracy, which means that testing accuracy can be guaranteed over a wide temperature range.

JT1433 adopts dual temperature compensation of physical compensation and real-time wind temperature compensation, achieving stable and reliable precise correction and high-precision testing.

5. Wide angle orientation test:(with a wider testing angle range (-45 °~45 °) and smaller deviation error)

The circular wind sensing head and unobstructed structural design enable JT1433 to have good consistency within a 90 ° range. Thus, a wide angle range of testing has been achieved, eliminating errors caused by installation angle errors or large wind direction fluctuations, making it particularly suitable for testing in wind environments with high randomness and fluctuations.
