Pipe fork experiment instrument

Purpose of the experiment:
Measure the head loss of the fork tube pressure measuring tube.

Main configuration:
Fork tube, pressure measuring tube, measuring water tank, water pump, water storage tank, pressure measuring row, scale ruler, stopwatch, glass thermometer, return water system, stainless steel experimental bench.

Technical Specifications:
1. Operating environment: temperature 0-40 ℃, relative humidity: ≤ 90% RH, power supply: 220V/50Hz, can operate continuously.
2. Silent and environmentally friendly water pump: Head: 10m, Flow rate: 12L/min, Power: 90W.
3. Straight pipe: made of organic glass material, with a diameter of 32 (inner diameter 26) mm. Fork pipe: with a diameter of 20 (inner diameter 14) mm, L=70mm, made of transparent organic glass.
4. Storage tank, 500 × 400 × 400mm, made of PVC board.
5. Measuring water tank: with a capacity of 10L, made of transparent organic glass and equipped with measuring scales.
6. The pressure gauge is fixed on a pressure measuring frame with 10 organic glass tubes measuring 650mm in length and 8mm in diameter. A ruler is attached to the pressure measuring frame for easy reading. The indicator liquid inside the differential pressure gauge is water, which is non-toxic and safe to operate.
7. The fluid used in the experiment - water - is designed for full circulation, which fully saves water resources.
8. The frame and countertop are both made of 304 stainless steel material, with a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and easy operation.
9. Dimensions: 2200 × 580 × 800mm (length × width × height), with a movable frame design, equipped with casters and locking feet.
