1、 Instrument usage
Pine wood nematode rapid detection instrumentThe main processes include isolation of pine wood nematodes, DNA extraction, and fluorescence quantitative PCR detection. It can quickly complete the detection of pine wood nematodes, automatically display the detection results and print the detection report, without the need for manual interpretation, with an accuracy rate of over 99%, greatly improving the efficiency of pine wood nematode detection work. The field rapid detection system is equipped with a portable and mobile operation, providing convenience for the detection of pine wood nematodes in the field. The automated molecular detection system for pine wood nematodes is widely used in forest defense stations, customs, universities, research institutions, and other units.

3、 Technical parameters
1. High specification aluminum alloy sample slots are used, with good thermal conductivity, corrosion and oxidation resistance, Peltier heating and temperature control, and comprehensive sealing design. Both the sample solution and condensed water will not leak into the Peltier temperature control element and other electronic components below the sample tank, effectively extending the service life of the instrument.
2. Adopting high-precision PT1000 temperature sensor, the temperature control accuracy reaches 0.01 ℃, fully ensuring the accuracy of temperature control.
