Overview

The "PHT-6000 Ultrasonic Contact Impedance Method" hardness testing method is based on welding 136 #176; The vibration rod of the diamond pyramid indenter is excited to its free oscillation frequency. When the indenter is in vertical contact with the measured object under a fixed load, resonance occurs, and the hardness value of the measured workpiece is calculated using this resonance frequency. The testing process of UCI probe hardness tester is slower than that of dynamic impact rebound mode, but the hardness testing of UCI method is portable, easy to operate, and has higher measurement accuracy. When used for specific testing applications, it still has its own advantages.

Ultrasonic hardness tester PHT-6000

Instrument Introduction:

Ultrasonic hardness tester PHT-6000The ultrasonic contact impedance method "is a hardness testing method based on exciting a vibrating rod with a 136 ° diamond pyramid indenter welded to its free oscillation frequency. When the indenter is in vertical contact with the tested object under a fixed load, resonance occurs, and the hardness value of the tested object is calculated using this resonance frequency. The testing process of UCI probe hardness tester is slower than that of dynamic impact rebound mode, but the hardness testing of UCI method is portable, easy to operate, and has higher measurement accuracy. When used for specific testing applications, it still has its own advantages. The UCI probe hardness tester, like the dynamic impact rebound Leeb hardness tester, is not affected by large mass workpieces, but can also measure workpieces with thicknesses as low as 2mm and hardness values as low as 20HRC (75HB). They are also skilled in hardness testing of larger and harder metal materials. Another reason for its increasing popularity is due to the classification of UCI testing methods as' non-destructive testing '. This results in fewer waste parts and lower production costs for the parts that need to be tested.

In the 1970s, Dr. Leeb from Switzerland proposed the principle of the Leeb portable hardness test called "Dynamic Impact Rebound". A spring-loaded impact object impacts the surface of the specimen, causing rebound. Measure the ratio of the rebound speed of the impact body to the impact speed, calculate the Leeb hardness value, and then automatically convert it into HRC, HRB, HB, HV, and HS values. This portable hardness testing method effectively brings simple, fast, and accurate results.

IIIPhistus ultrasonic hardness testerPHHT6000Product Features:

1. Handheld portable non-destructive hardness tester with multiple probe options;

2. A hardness tester that combines UCI probe and Leeb probe, with optional electric probe and manual probe;

/3.The thickness of the tested steel can reach up to 2mm, with no limit on thickness (the thickness of other materials may vary depending on the actual hardness). It is a reliable high-precision hardness tester;

4. The measurement speed is very fast, the accuracy is high, and the data is read quickly;

5The Rockwell hardness value, Brinell hardness value, and Vickers hardness value can all be displayed on the screen, allowing for a clear and intuitive observation of the hardness value;
