Overview

Thermal insulation electric heating strip for pharmaceutical factory flue gas sampling: It uses single or multiple alloy heating wires as the heat source, high-purity, high-temperature, electric melting crystalline magnesium oxide as the thermal insulation, seamless continuous stainless steel or copper tube as the sheath, and is manufactured using special production processes. When sampling pharmaceutical flue gas, the flue gas is extracted from the chimney and sent to the pre-processing unit. If the temperature of the flue gas is low, condensation will occur, causing changes in the composition of the flue gas and resulting in deviations in the analyzed and measured data. Therefore, the flue gas sampling project uses Youyu anti-corrosion sampling and heat tracing composite to ensure that the temperature inside the sampling tube is maintained to a certain extent, thereby ensuring that the collected sample is consistent with the initial value as much as possible, and ultimately ensuring that the environmental monitoring system continuously and correctly collects the sample gas.

The sampling heat tracing composite pipe is an important component in environmental monitoring systems. It consists of a set of corrosion-resistant high-performance resin conduits, a constant power, temperature controlled electric heat tracing strip, and compensation cables to form an inner core, an external insulation layer, and a flame-retardant polyethylene (PE) protective jacket.

According to the actual conditions such as the composition and temperature of the collected sample gas, different materials can be selected for the sampling conduit in the corrosion-resistant sampling and heat tracing composite tube, such as PFA (tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl ether copolymer), FEP (tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene copolymer), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), PE (flame retardant polyethylene), nylon 610, copper, and stainless steel. Medium, low, and high temperature electric heat tracing strips can be selected, and compensation wires, power wires, etc. can also be added according to user requirements.

Corrosion resistant sampling and heat tracing composite pipe is a composite body composed of multiple components, which combines multiple systems on a limited cross-section.
1. Sampling system
Multiple types and materials of sampling tubes can be combined: Teflon PFA, FEP, FE, nylon 610, 12, copper tube, 316SS, 304SS, etc.
2. Electric heating system
Efficient insulation, flame retardant, and lightweight insulation layer; Automatic temperature limiting electric heating belt or constant power electric heating belt.
3. Electrical system
It can be equipped with instrument signal cables, compensation cables, and control cables to meet the needs of instrument display monitoring.
4. Security system
To adapt to different process conditions, each system can be shielded and isolated with aluminum foil or metal wire mesh to achieve the functions of fire prevention, anti-static, and electromagnetic shielding. Waterproof film, enhanced flame retardant, and UV resistant sheath can also be added. The combination of multiple systems, integrating multiple functions, simplifies complex engineering. It plays a good role in ensuring remote work and remote diagnosis of systems. The heat tracing system prevents the gas inside the tube from condensing and maintains measurement above the dew point, ensuring measurement accuracy and creating conditions for centralized control computers. Strengthening the outer sheath can prevent damage caused by crossing and other factors.
