The testing principle of the medicinal aluminum foil rupture resistance tester is to clamp the sample on the elastic film between the two clamps of the fully automatic rupture strength tester. The upper and lower clamps tightly clamp the periphery of the sample, allowing the sample and the film to protrude freely. When hydraulic fluid is pumped in at a stable rate, causing the film to protrude until the aluminum foil sample ruptures, the applied high pressure is the rupture strength of the sample.
