Overview

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 508 "Determination of Ash Content in Petroleum Products", and is suitable for determining the ash content of petroleum products according to the method specified in GB/T508. However, this instrument is not suitable for the determination of ash content in petroleum products containing raw ash additives (including certain phosphorus containing compounds), lubricating oils containing lead, and used engine crankcase oils.
