Pestis biosafety emergency box adopts high-strength aluminum alloy box structure, with an external dimension of 50 × 40 × 30cm (with pull rod and fluorescent logo), and polyurethane insulation layer is configured inside to ensure sample stability. The core detection module consists of 10 pestis pestis antigen rapid detection reagents and 10 detection reagents each. Based on the colloidal gold labeling technology, the dual antigen sandwich method of membrane chromatography is used to rapidly screen pestis pestis antigen (sensitivity up to 1ng/ml) and human serum F1 in the environment or clinical samples within 5 minutes. The supporting protective equipment includes conjoined body (including folding masks, protective shoes and shoe covers), 200 pairs of latex gloves and 200 pairs of anti flea socks, which meet the GB19082-2009 radiological protection standards. The auxiliary tools are equipped with 2 sets of 95kPa biosafety transport tanks (suitable for UN2814/Class A specimens), 6 adsorption and cold storage ice boxes (maintained at -18 ℃ for 36 hours), digital temperature controllers, and sponge test tube racks, supporting sealed transportation of samples in environments ranging from -40 ℃ to+55 ℃. This equipment is specially used for on-site flow survey, sample collection and rapid diagnosis of pestis emergencies. It can efficiently complete pollutant antigen screening, live dissection sampling and disinfection operations in epidemic areas, significantly improve the emergency response efficiency of disease control departments, health supervision offices and ports. Its integrated design ensures operational safety and mobility, and is the key technical support for public health event disposal.
