Perovskite Sample Coating MachineA specialized device developed and designed mainly for various gluing operations on cover glass, and can also be used for coating other similar materials. This coating testing machine adopts a microporous ceramic adsorption platform on the bottom plate and a non-contact slit type coating head. The wet film thickness is controlled by three factors: feed pressure, slit width adjustment, and gap between the slit head and the bottom plate. At the same time, the software system adds a height adjustment and feedback system, greatly improving the coating accuracy and uniformity.

Application scenarios: Coating testing, ink debugging, process research, small-scale sample development, etc. for functional coatings at the micrometer level, especially at the nanometer and sub micrometer levels.
