Component name and function

1. Flat shaft end: used to connect the driver coupling and pump head in series

2. Pulling rod: used when installing hoses

3. Sliding block: After pressing down, it squeezes the hose together with the roller device

4. Pipe clamp: After pressing down the slider, clamp the hose to prevent it from moving

5. Fixed hole: Thread through the pump head screw to secure the pump head to the driver

6. Couplings: Used for connecting pump heads in series when using dual pump heads.

7. Upper slider: Pull the lever to move the slider up and down, making it convenient and quick to replace the hose.

Instructions for installing the pump head

Place the flat shaft of the pump head towards the driver, align it with the coupling groove in the pump head bracket, and push it in so that the back of the pump head is tightly attached to the pump head bracket.

Insert the two (YZ35 three) screws attached into the fixing holes and tighten the pump head screws (do not apply too much force).

Install the hose

● Turn the lever to the left to a horizontal position, and lift the slider

● Choose a hose that is suitable for the specified wall thickness of the pump head

Pull up one side of the pipe clamp to insert the hose, then pull the other side of the pipe clamp to insert the other side of the hose.

Straighten out the internal hose of the pump head to allow it to stretch naturally without twisting.

Turn the lever to the right to the horizontal position, and press the slider down into place.

Remove the hose

Turn the lever to the left to a horizontal position, and lift the slider.

Lift up the pipe clamps on both sides and remove the hoses.

Usage

Please use a hose that is compatible with the pump head model, as shown in the table below

During the operation of the pump head, there is wear and tear on the hose. When using, attention should be paid to checking the wear of the hose, regularly replacing the hose or moving the hose inside the pump head to a new position.

The flow rate of the hose decreases with prolonged use. Please adjust the peristaltic pump speed in a timely manner (please recalibrate the flow rate for flow type peristaltic pumps)

The adjustment knob on the top of YZ35 can be used to fine tune the compression amount of the pump head. If the liquid cannot be delivered or the output pressure is insufficient, it can be rotated clockwise appropriately until the output is normal.

If the peristaltic pump is not used for a long time, please lift the pump head slider and release the hose to extend the service life of the hose.

The main structure of the pump head is made of PSF material, which can withstand most chemical substances. If you have any questions, please consult our company before use.

The pump head does not require special maintenance.

If the hose ruptures during use, please clean up the spilled liquid in a timely manner. Before reuse, check whether the pump head roller is running flexibly. If the roller is found to be not running flexibly, please contact our company. Forceful use will aggravate hose wear and damage the pump head.
