Experimental objective:
Test the heat transfer coefficient and resistance of finned tube heat exchanger with hot water on the inside and air on the outside.
Main configuration:
Circulating anti-corrosion water pump, rotor flowmeter, air-cooled condenser, finned tube heat exchanger, wind tunnel experimental section, multi wing low-noise centrifugal fan, automatic air door adjustment, flute tube and differential pressure wind speed measurement device, heating is continuously adjusted by solid pressure regulation module, control testing instrument box, stainless steel heating water tank, 8-channel universal signal input inspection instrument displays temperature, water and wind resistance and wind speed.
Technical Specifications:
1. Input power supply: three-phase AC380V ± 10% 50Hz, power 5.5KW.
2. Finned air-cooled condenser with a heat exchange area of 3.0m2 and a 40W cooling fan. The finned tube heat exchanger is a copper tube series with aluminum sheets.
3. Stainless steel heating water tank, with a capacity of 60L and a heating power of 4.0KW.
4. Parameters of circulating hot water pump: flow rate: 20L/min, head: 12m, power: 120W. Flow meter range: 40-400L/h.
5. Centrifugal fan parameters: air volume of 2000 m3/h, air pressure of 1000 Pa, power of 1.5KW.
6. The experimental air duct is made of 304 stainless steel material and is divided into air inlet section, experimental section, testing section, etc., which are connected to each other by flanges.
7. The temperature is measured by high-precision temperature sensors, and the universal signal input inspection instrument and high-precision digital display meter display all experimental measurement parameters such as temperature, resistance, flow rate, and power. The air volume is manually adjusted by the air door.
8. Dimensions: 2500 × 500 × 1600mm, with a stainless steel movable bracket and dual brake wheels.
