System Introduction

Passive ruler tracking devicePST system (hereinafter referred to as PST system) is a mature and reliable position detection device developed by Zhongke Aerospace Company based on years of on-site application. It is a new type of position positioning and mobile distance measurement product developed based on the principle of orthogonal decoding of composite signals and electromagnetic induction. The system can be used to detect the real-time position of various transport equipment traveling along designated tracks in industrial sites.Passive ruler tracking deviceIt can provide device movement location information in various harsh environments, especially in situations where measurement methods such as infrared, vision, and millimeter wave radar cannot meet user needs. It still has high resolution and a measurement range of up to 4900m.


System Advantages

1. Fast maintenance

The precision ruler source moves with the vehicle, and the edge computing gateway device has a self inspection function, which can automatically diagnose its own working status and fault points and provide maintenance reference information. If a single passive ruler is damaged or malfunctions, workers can easily replace the spare parts and quickly restore it within 15 minutes without affecting the system operation.

2. Strong stability

The signal-to-noise ratio and common mode rejection performance of the precision source are both quite excellent. Even if the passive ruler is installed in a "harsh environment" close to strong electricity and frequency converters, it can ensure stable data transmission without data jumps.
