Overview

Parker filter cartridges are mainly used for filtering hydraulic system oil. During the 2000 hour use of hydraulic oil, a small amount of fine air bubbles will be added to the flow, causing oxidation of the oil. The acidic substances produced by the oxidation of hydraulic oil will change the color of the oil, either red or black, increasing its corrosiveness to metals.

The air that the engine needs to suck in during operation, if the air is not filtered, the suspended dust in the air will be sucked into the cylinder, which will accelerate the wear of the piston group and cylinder. Larger particles entering between the piston and cylinder can cause serious "cylinder pulling" phenomenon, which is particularly severe in dry and sandy working environments. The air filter is installed in front of the carburetor or intake pipe to filter out dust and sand particles in the air, allowing sufficient and clean air to enter the cylinder.

At present, the commonly used air filters in engines mainly include inertia oil bath air filters, paper dry air filters, polyurethane filter air filters, and so on. The inertia oil bath air filter passes through three stages of filtration: inertia filtration, oil bath filtration, and filtration filtration. The latter two types of air filters mainly pass through filter element filtration.
