3、 Precautions

When in use, the device should be placed on a well ventilated, sturdy, and flat workbench to prevent vibration. It is important to avoid the indoor hydrogen content reaching the combustion or explosion limit (not exceeding 4%). The temperature control part of this instrument is equipped with an over temperature alarm function. When the temperature exceeds the required temperature, an alarm sound will be emitted, and the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent the palladium tube from being burned out due to excessive temperature inside the furnace. Before using this instrument, the system must be replaced with raw gas to prevent the formation of flammable and explosive H2O2 mixture due to incomplete replacement of the system.
