DESCRIPTION

The pagination labeling machine is a customized machinery according to customer requirements, using computer fiber optic control and synchronous tracking. The labeling is controlled by a stepper motor or servo motor. The automatic labeling machine automatically detects the size of the object to be labeled and the label size, and automatically controls it using a microcomputer. The touch sensitive large LCD panel displays and contains dozens of sets of memory devices. It is a modern advanced electromechanical integrated equipment.
When used alone, a delivery (receiving) tray can be selected, or it can be directly connected to the production line for use, with excellent and reliable working performance.
It can also be equipped with a printing machine to synchronize label printing.
This series of models is made of 304 stainless steel and advanced aluminum alloy that has been anodized, which meets GMP standards and is an ideal equipment for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and other enterprises.

This machine is mainly used for automatically dividing plastic bags, paper, cards, paper boxes and other items, and then accurately attaching adhesive labels. (Can be labeled with anti-counterfeiting labels, company logos, etc.).

Working process:

Working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, and the label is coated and attached to the product, completing the labeling action of one label;
Operation process: Product placement (manually stacked) ->Product pagination (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Product conveying (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Labeling (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Collect labeled products. Technical parameters:
