Install the packaging onto the packaging test stand of the instrument and seal the opening of the packaging. Inject nitrogen carrier gas into the packaging, and place the outer side of the packaging in an environment with a known oxygen concentration (such as an atmosphere with an oxygen concentration of 20.8% or a sealed environment with an oxygen concentration of 100%). The oxygen passing through the packaging wall reacts with the nitrogen carrier gas and enters the Coulombic charge sensor to generate an electric current. The intensity of this current is linearly related to the amount of oxygen passing through the Coulombic charge sensor per unit time，Can test the oxygen permeability of the packaging.
