PZ-7The Type A shotcrete machine is a new and highly efficient wet shotcrete construction equipment. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and strong adaptability to the work site.PZ-7The type of sprayer is mainly composed of a driving motor, a reducer, a rubber elbow, a rotor assembly, rubber wheels, a sealing plate, a hopper seat, a vibrating hopper, a clamping mechanism, a rapid setting agent conveying system, an air duct system, and an electronic control device.
PZ-7Type spraying machine is widely used in engineering construction, mining, tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground engineering, and coal mine tunnels for shotcrete construction operations: spraying and repairing refractory materials for various industrial furnaces and furnace linings; conveying and spraying soil in various slope protection and greening construction. This machine can be used for wet spraying, dry spraying, and various fiber spraying operations.

1Preparation before startupACheck whether the connecting components of the whole machine are firm and whether the rotating and sliding parts are flexible and reliable.BObserve the cursor and check if the lubricating oil in the gearbox is sufficient.CThe drive motor is connected to the power supply, and the rotation direction of the rotating body should be consistent with the arrow direction when inching the motor. Otherwise, the power supply should be phase adjusted.DThe main air path, upper air path, lower air path, vibrator air path, and nozzle water supply shut-off valve are in the closed state, and the main air pipe is connected to the air source. The water supply pipeline is connected to the water source, and the material conveying pipeline is connected to the main engine.EAdjust the clamping mechanism, first manually pre tighten it, then use a wrench to tighten the bent conveying pipe, open the main and upper air circuit shut-off valves, and observe the pressure gauge0.3MpaThere should be no gas overflow at the rubber joint plate in the left and right cities.
2The spraying operation first opens the main air path, upper air path, and lower air path shut-off valves, opens the nozzle water supply shut-off valve, pre wets the rock surface, then starts the motor, opens the vibrator air path shut-off valve, adds the mixture to the hopper, and starts the spraying operation. During work, the nozzle operator should adjust the water supply of the nozzle appropriately to ensure that the concrete material has a suitable water cement ratio. The host operator should pay attention to observing the residual air holes on the side of the host. If excess material is discharged, the gas supply in the lower air path should be appropriately reduced. Until there is no material discharged from the residual air outlet of the machine and the equipment is working normally.
3Before shutting down the machine, first stop feeding. If there is no material spraying from the nozzle, close the water supply shut-off valve. At the same time, add a small amount of wet sand and gravel to the hopper, and wash the residual materials in the hopper and rotor chamber several times. When there is no material spraying from the nozzle, turn off the motor power and all gas path shut-off valves.
