Overview

The PTS series pressure transmitter uses a highly stable diffusion silicon pressure core as the measuring unit. The principle of diffused silicon sensors is the characteristic of the resistance of silicon materials changing when subjected to pressure. Resistors are connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. During measurement, pressure directly acts on the diaphragm, causing slight deformation and changing the resistance of the bridge arm. After amplification by a fine-tuning circuit, the bridge generates a voltage signal proportional to the pressure, which is then converted into a corresponding 4-20mA signal for display, control, and output through a transmission controller. The pressure core is made of 316 stainless steel material, which has the advantages of wide applicability and measurement range.

Working Principle:

The PTS13 intelligent pressure transmitter uses a highly stable diffusion silicon pressure core as the measuring unit.

PTS series pressure transmitterAdded microelectronic intelligent chips to make the transmitter intelligent. It has a user-friendly interface, allows for free setting of various parameter values, self calibration, and also features LED display.

The sophisticated pressure transmitter and dial type pressure transmission controller both use diffused silicon pressure cores as measuring units. Diffuse silicon sensors have advantages such as a wide measurement range.

Precision pressure transmitters use dry ceramic capacitive sensors as measuring units. When measuring with a precision pressure transmitter, the process pressure directly acts on the sturdy and corrosion-resistant ceramic diaphragm, causing elastic displacement of the diaphragm. Based on the principle that the capacitance value is inversely proportional to the distance between the two poles, the change in capacitance can be detected between the substrate electrode and the diaphragm electrode. After the detected change in capacitance is amplified by a fine-tuning circuit, an accurate voltage signal can be output. The output voltage signal is converted into a 4-20mA current signal by the transmitter for output.
