PTHW electric heating sleeve is an electric heating sleeve that achieves constant temperature heating through electronic pressure regulation. It uses alkali free glass fiber as insulation material, with Cr20Ni80 alloy wire spring installed in it. It is insulated with a hemispherical insulation body formed by vacuum shaping with aluminum silicate cotton. The shell is injection molded in one go, and the upper cover adopts electrostatic spraying technology. Due to the use of spherical heating, the heating area of the container can reach more than 60%. It has the characteristics of fast heating, high temperature, easy operation, and durability.

Plug in the power, the green light indicates power, and the red light indicates heating. Adjust the knob clockwise to increase the temperature from low to high. When the knob is adjusted to a certain scale, the temperature inside the sleeve reaches a certain basic constant temperature, but requires the assistance of a thermometer for measurement. The initial heating can be adjusted to a higher or highest temperature. When the desired temperature is reached or the solution boils, the knob can be lowered for insulation heating to extend its service life. When not in use for a short period of time, the knob can be adjusted to0, which means stop heating. When not in use for a long time, the power should be turned off.

Notes:

　　1. The instrument should have a good grounding.

　　During the first use, it is normal for white smoke and odor to emerge from the sleeve, and for the color to change from white to brown and then back to white. Due to the presence of oil and other compounds in the production process of fiberglass, it should be placed in a well ventilated area and can be used normally after a few minutes of disappearance.

　　When using an electric heating sleeve with a capacity of over 3.3000ml, there may be a creaking sound due to differences in the furnace wire structure and related to the controllable silicon voltage pulse signal. You can use it with confidence.

　　When liquid overflows into the sleeve, please quickly turn off the power, place the electric heating sleeve in a ventilated place, and wait for it to dry before use to avoid the danger of electric leakage or electrical short circuit.

　　When not in use for a long time, please store the electric heating sleeve in a dry and non corrosive gas place.

　　6. Please do not use empty heating or dry burning.

　　When the environmental humidity is relatively high, there may be induced electricity transmitted through the insulation layer to the shell. Please ground the wire to avoid leakage and pay attention to ventilation.
