Introduction

PTFE coated gasket, also known as PTFE coated gasket, is a non-metallic gasket generally composed of a coating layer and an embedded material. Gasket type

1. V-shaped, cut type, cutting the PTFE sheet from the outside to the inner wall, suitable for low pressure, economical type.

2. L-type, machined (square), made by mechanical turning of PTFE plate, suitable for medium and high pressure.

3. U-shaped, folded type, made by heating and bonding PTFE tape with edges, generally used for diameters greater than 200mm. The special combination design of PTFE coated gaskets can be applied in industries such as food and medicine where contamination is not allowed.
