1Overview

PRT-Y90 Smoke Density MeterIt is developed based on the technical conditions specified in the national standard GB/T86272007 "Test Method for Smoke Density of Building Materials during Combustion or Decomposition". Compared to the original instruments that use microcontroller technology to achieve testing functions, this product has the following characteristics:

1. Dual control mode, can be controlled on the touch screen or on the computer, and the operation mode can be switched freely! One device can be operated by multiple computers simultaneously, multiple computers can be online at the same time, and LAN sharing can be achieved.

2. The main and auxiliary burners can rotate automatically with accurate positioning.

3. Each device is equipped with three standard filters, which are representative of the data calibrated by the light source.

4. The instrument has a reasonable structural design, easy operation and maintenance, and is suitable for measuring the static smoke production of building materials and their products, as well as solid materials during combustion.

2、 Main technical indicators

1. For the high smoke density (MSD) and smoke density rating (SDR) of the specimen: 0-100% continuously measurable, automatically calculated;

2. Use a standard filter to correct the error, which should not exceed 3%; Each device is equipped with three standard filters, which are representative of the data calibrated by the light source;

3. The working pressure of the burner is (210 ± 5) KPa;

4. Apply flame to the sample for 4 minutes using a natural lamp;

5. Combustion lamp: It is a native lamp with a length of 260mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.13mm, forming a 45 ° angle with the smoke box;

10. Receiver: It is a silicon photovoltaic cell, with a transmittance of 0% indicating no light passing through, and a transmittance of 100% indicating unobstructed light passing through;

4. Combustible gas: propane with a purity of not less than 85% or gas of equivalent purity (to be provided by the customer);

5. Gas pressure: 0-0.3MPa (adjustable);

6. Environmental and testing requirements: The instrument should avoid direct exposure or reflection of strong light during operation; After 90 minutes of testing, the gas source should be turned off to cool down the instrument for 15 minutes;

7. Environmental airflow: There is no forced air flow during operation;

8. The instrument should be placed in a fume hood for testing.
