There are no adjustable components inside the instrument box, all parameter settings
The selection of functional modes and the accuracy calibration of analog input and output are all achieved through the buttons on the instrument panel. The instrument has been correctly set according to your ordering requirements before leaving the factory. If you want to change the corresponding setting parameters, you must be familiar with industrial control

Overview of PID controller
The PID controller can have up to 8 initial outputs, such as manual and automatic status output, input signal fault output, position control alarm output, control quantity, dual timer or programmable intelligent sound and light alarm.
PID regulation
ceremonyThe PID continuous control quantity, input process quantity, setpoint, valve position feedback quantity, etc. inside the instrument can be output in analog form, and the same quantity can be given to any one or two analog output ports.
The instrument can have up to 3 analog output ports. When ordering the instrument, please specify the quantity and purpose of the analog output ports. Each analog output port can be defined by the user as 0~5V, 1~5V 0~10mA, or 4~20mA.
PID regulators (intermittent, continuous, or servo PID regulators) have the following functions:
1. Various analog inputs or frequency inputs can also be subjected to square root and small signal cutoff. ,
2. Triple display of process quantity indication, given value, and control quantity indication.
3. Tracking (valve position feedback) input signal can be freely selected (various linear inputs)
4. The zero point and full degree of the tracking (valve position feedback) input can be automatically or manually calibrated,
5, 3 analog outputs (can select process quantity, control quantity, setpoint SP, valve position feedback quantity respectively)
6. The zero and full range of the analog output can be manually calibrated on site, and the frequency range of the pulse output can be adjusted (0.004-10000Hz)
7. The instrument is equipped with 16A or 40A bidirectional thyristors to directly control single-phase resistive loads with AC power below 3KW or output 3 sets of synchronous signals that trigger bidirectional thyristors with power below 500A.
