It is an accurate portable electrostatic field measurement device, easy to use, designed specifically for one handed operation. The PFM-711B adopts a digital electronic chopper design, which can perform electrostatic field measurements in areas with ionized air. PFM-711B can be used alone to measure electrostatic fields from almost any plane or object.
Measure in increments of 1 volt and 10 volts
PFM-711B uses dual range measurement to measure the surface voltage and electrostatic potential of positive and negative polarity charges. In the kilovolt/inch range, PFM-711B will display an electrostatic field voltage of 0 to ± 20000 volts in increments of 10 volts at a distance of 1 inch (25 millimeters) from the charged surface. In the range of volts per inch, the field strength meter can measure the field strength density from 0 to ± 1999 volts at a distance of 1 inch (25 millimeters) from the charged surface, with increments of 1 volt. This instrument is easy to use and its control device is designed specifically for one handed operation.
Provide grounding reference
The casing of the PFM-711B field instrument is conductive. It provides a grounding reference for measuring circuits. In order to obtain accurate measurement results, personnel holding the measuring instrument must ground it correctly or connect the measuring instrument to the 10mm buckle installed on the back of the watch case. Ground the watch case by wearing a properly grounded functional wristband. Open the flow meter and select the desired range. Press the ZERO control button to adjust the displayed value to zero (0) volts.
Accurately measured bullseye
The range indicator light can help locate the instrument for precise measurement. Aim the front sensor of the PFM-711B field strength meter at approximately 1 inch (25 millimeters) from the surface or object being measured. Move the instrument towards or away from the surface until the distance measuring lamp is aligned with the testing surface. Once the field strength meter is correctly positioned, PFM-711B will display the measured electrostatic field on its display screen.

Long lasting battery
The PFM-711B uses a 9-volt alkaline battery (included) with a lifespan of approximately 30 hours. The display screen can show when the battery is low. When the battery is low, the display screen will show 7.2 volts DC voltage, which is the voltage required for accurate measurement.
Portable charging pad monitor
The CPM-710B charging board component is a 3.25 "x 3.25" isolation board accessory used for the PFM-711B electrostatic field meter. It can convert the PFM-711B electrostatic field meter into a portable, battery powered charged plate monitor. Connecting the CPM-72B charging board to the PFM-711B can also be used for ion balance voltage measurement.
