PEEK connector：

High temperature resistance: Long term use temperature can reach 260-300 ℃, short-term tolerance 330-350 ℃, maintaining mechanical strength and sealing under high temperature;

◎ Chemical corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to strong acids (except concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid), strong bases, and organic solvents (such as methanol and acetonitrile);

◎ Mechanical performance: High strength, high wear resistance (better than metal), can withstand high pressure up to 420 bar (about 6000 psi); Biocompatibility: certified by ISO 10993, suitable for the fields of medical devices and biopharmaceuticals;

◎ Application scenarios:

Liquid chromatography (HPLC): used for connecting flow paths of pumps, injection valves, and detectors, replacing stainless steel fittings to reduce metal ion contamination;

Gas chromatography (GC): Connect the chromatography column and detector in a high-temperature environment to avoid seal failure.
