At present, many personnel engaged in electric energy measurement and verification work in China have just graduated from school or lack experience in the electric energy measurement industry, have insufficient theoretical and metrological knowledge of transformers, and have limited practical experience in transformer wiring inspection. In order to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable transmission of transformer values, and to effectively improve the work skills of transformer calibration personnel, We designed this set6+1Comprehensive Training and Assessment System for Transformer Simulation Training(6A student position and1A teaching position.
The implementation of this project is based onJJG1021-2007The main technologies used in the research of the "Verification Regulations for Power Transformers" include the hardware design and implementation of the training and assessment system for energy metering transformer calibrators; Ethernet communication enables digital output data to communicate with computers; Automatic control technology, etc. By adopting advanced electronic technology and digital processing methods, the training and assessment system for the calibration of electric energy measuring transformers can simulate the wiring and calibration of transformers during on-site testing, greatly improving the theoretical level and practical ability of transformer calibrators. This provides a new idea and effective way for the training and certification of calibrators. This provides a strong guarantee for the safety calibration of the measuring transformer equipment used by the power grid company, and provides technical support for the solid theoretical level and efficient practical operation ability of on-site workers.

The practical training of transformer measurement should meet the following requirements:
1Proper use of instruments for routine insulation testing, checking the insulation condition of primary to ground, secondary to ground, and primary to secondary.
2Mastering the importance of reasonable grounding (conducting experiments through single point grounding or series parallel multi-point grounding methods to obtain measurement data, and analyzing and comparing their similarities and differences)
3Can detect various ratio errors that occur during transformer testing.
4Can detect polarity errors that occur during transformer testing.
5Can detect various primary and secondary wiring errors that occur during transformer testing.
6Can enable students to master inspection procedures, learn how to calculate actual errors beyond tolerance, variation, rounding and integration, and analyze experimental data.
7It can automatically complete the wiring sequence and error judgment by the computer, and after adding the scoring program, it can assist the examiner in completing the automatic assessment and scoring of students.
8The instructor inputs the assessment content instructions for each job position in the computer. After receiving the instructions, each job position student completes the homework according to the training requirements and uploads the homework data. All errors in the student's homework content will appear in the instructor's computer.
9Provide typical models of current transformers, voltage transformers, and conventional test load boxes for students to gain a deeper understanding of the internal practical working principles of transformer testing.
