Fully automatic petroleum thermal decomposition mercury analyzer, equipped with multiple automatic samplers

PE-1000 is a globally recognized model for measuring mercury in the petroleum industry, registered in ASTM standard UOP938-10 (Total species of mercury and mercury in liquid hydrocarbons). It is a highly advanced fully automatic mercury analyzer specifically designed for measuring mercury in petroleum.

For samples such as naphtha, condensate, and heavy oil, fully automated measurements are performed with ultra-high sensitivity, precision, and speed. From sampling to measurement, the samples are processed in a closed system, where mercury is detected by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS) and is rarely disturbed.

In addition, PE-1000 is equipped with a 15 position automatic sampler with vortex function, which saves labor and improves efficiency.

By collecting mercury and mercury compounds into the sample heating tube, hydrocarbons are separated and emitted.

The temperature of the heating tube is controlled under preset conditions, and the mercury compounds are decomposed by heating. The mercury element is concentrated in the mercury collection tube as a gold amalgam. Then, the mercury collection tube is reheated and the released mercury is measured using atomic fluorescence spectroscopy analysis.

Choose registration criteria, easy to operate

· All you need to do is first put the sample into a small bottle, place the small bottle in the automatic sample injector, and then select the pre registered thermal decomposition conditions.

· Based on our extensive application experience, we have registered important conditions for thermal decomposition measurement for various samples.

· If necessary, we can also measure (PE-1) manually without using an automatic sample injector.
