Transparent pressure-sensitive film: suitable for top reading instruments (such as ABI, Roche), must have high transmittance and low background fluorescence.

White/frosted film: Used in conjunction with a white PCR plate to reduce fluorescence crosstalk between pores and improve signal-to-noise ratio.

Aluminum foil heat sealing film: used for DMSO containing systems or long-term storage, resistant to organic solvents, and explosion-proof holes.

Strictly prohibited from useOrdinary PCR adhesive filmIt has insufficient light transmittance and may produce fluorescent background, which seriously affects the interpretation of CT values.

2. ELISA sealing membrane

Short term incubation (such as overnight at 4 ℃): High sealing PCR pressure-sensitive membrane (such as FY160S4180) can be used, but it is necessary to verify whether the background value of the blank well has increased.

Light avoidance experiment: Aluminum composite PCR membrane (such as FJ160W3380) can be used for ELISA light avoidance incubation.

An irreplaceable scene

Long term storage: ELISA specific aluminum foil film has better anti evaporation performance, PCR film is not recommended.

Color ELISA: Avoid using PCR membranes containing silica gel layers as they may interfere with absorbance detection.

Chemiluminescence ELISA: Aluminum foil film must be used, otherwise the signal will be severely attenuated.
