Characteristics and Parameters

High transparency

Using transparent polypropylene (PP) or modified polyolefin film, the light transmittance can reach over 90%, ensuring the transmission of multi-channel fluorescent signals such as FAM, VIC, Cy5 without attenuation.

Suitable for top reading qPCR instruments (such as ABI 7500, Roche LightCycler 480), to avoid weak signal or CT value deviation caused by membrane turbidity.

Low spontaneous fluorescence

The membrane material has undergone special treatment, with no silicone layer or fluorescent impurities, to prevent background fluorescence interference with the detection results.

It is recommended to choose models labeled as "low background fluorescence" or "qPCR specific", such as qPCR fluorescence quantitative pressure-sensitive film FY160S8070.

Pressure sensitive adhesive design

Using medical grade silicon-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, the adhesive is activated after pressure, and it fits tightly without sticking to gloves, making it convenient for manual operation.

High adhesive strength (≥ 1500g), able to withstand temperature cycling from -70 ℃ to 120 ℃, with an evaporation rate of ≤ 3%, effectively preventing evaporation of small volume reaction systems (5-20 μ L).

Physical compatibility

Thickness of about 10 μ m, ultra-thin design suitable for automated workstations and robotic arm grasping.

The size standard is 141 × 78 mm or 140 × 80 mm, which complies with the SBS universal 96 hole plate specification and is compatible with mainstream brand instruments.
