Test steps

①. Inspection standard: TB/T2328.18-2008

②. Instrument and equipment: glass filter, electronic scale, microwave oven, drying oven, container, etc

③. Sample preparation: Select three pieces of dirty ballast particles on the material pile, each weighing about 3000g, dry and weigh them separately.

④. Test procedure: First, dry and weigh the filter - pour a sample into a container and immerse it in 6L of pure water for 1 hour - scrub the surface of the particles, pick up clean particles - wash the sample water sediment, pour the sample water into the filter multiple times - dry and weigh the filter - repeat the above steps for the second and third samples - calculate the cleanliness, take the arithmetic mean of the three samples as the cleanliness of the batch of ballast - determine whether the cleanliness meets the standard.
