1. The alarm has no display. Cause analysis: Abnormal power supply voltage; Water ingress into the header; Circuit board malfunction. Solution: Check insurance and wiring; Clean and dry the circuit board, and replace it if necessary; Replace with a new circuit board or a new meter.

2. The alarm sounded incorrectly. Cause analysis: The probe or alarm is aging. Solution: Re calibrate, replace the probe, or replace the alarm.

3. The concentration indicator does not return to zero. Cause analysis: zero drift; There is residual combustible gas in the probe cover; Probe aging. Solution: Calibrate the zero point in clean air; Dismantle the probe cover and clean the dust accumulation on the probe; Replace the probe or instrument.

4. The concentration display value has a large deviation. Reason analysis: The sample gas concentration did not meet the requirements during calibration; Probe aging. Solution: Use qualified sample gas to recalibrate; Replace the probe with a new one;

5. The displayed value during calibration is not within the range of ± 5% LEL of the standard value.
