Testing principle:

The principle of Coulomb electric quantity method, isobaric method testing, the testing chamber is divided into two parts, with the membrane fixed in the middle. High purity oxygen flows in the upper chamber of the membrane, and high-purity nitrogen flows in the lower chamber of the membrane. Oxygen molecules diffuse through the membrane into the nitrogen gas on the other side, and are carried to the sensor by the flowing nitrogen gas. By analyzing the oxygen concentration measured by the sensor, the oxygen permeation rate can be calculated. For packaging containers, nitrogen flows inside the container, while air or high-purity oxygen surrounds the outside of the container.
