3、 Instructions for use:

1. Take itOscillation incubatorPlace it on a sturdy horizontal ground at a distance of at least 50cm from the wall, maintaining good ventilation, heat dissipation, and a dry environment.

2. Before using the instrument, turn off the "oscillation switch" first.

3. Filling culture test bottles: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, the liquid filling bottles should be evenly distributed; The liquid filling volume should be roughly equal.

4. Attention: It takes 10 minutes after turning on the device to enter the cooling mode. During cooling, the temperature can be directly cooled at room temperature; If the set temperature is ≥ 45 ℃, the compressor is in a self-protection state and cannot be directly cooled. When it is higher than room temperature, it is best to open the lid to make the actual temperature close to room temperature. This can reduce the load on the refrigeration compressor and extend the service life of the instrument. If the set temperature is higher than room temperature, it can be heated directly.

5. Connect the external power supply (which must be grounded), turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.

6. Turn on the temperature control switch, press the SET button and the last digit of the set temperature will flash. Press the ∧ or ∨ button to set the desired temperature, and press the SET button again to exit the setting. The instrument will enter the automatic constant temperature state (detailed operation can be carried out according to the temperature controller manual).

To oscillate 1: Close the oscillation switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value. (Last running speed)

The bottom row displays the original timing values.

1. Press the "" (speed) key to set the speed to 100.

2. Press ▲/M (up key) to set the timer to 240.

3. Press the ▼/H (down arrow) to adjust the timing downwards (setting 0 minutes indicates continuous operation with an indefinite opening)

4. Press the RUN button to start the machine, and it will slowly start until 300 revolutions per minute. At the same time, the timer will start (countdown), and then run steadily for 240 minutes before stopping. The END alarm will be displayed for 10 seconds. Timed operation completed.

5. Speed and time adjustments can be made during both standby and timed operation.

6. Pressing the STOP button can stop the operation at any time (at which point the timer also ends).

7. The green light is the running light, and the red light is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state.

8. Before each shutdown, all switches should be placed in a non working state, set to "zero" at regular intervals, and cut off the power supply.


4、 Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their service life by keeping them in good working condition.

2. During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets, dirt, or other debris falling onto the motor and control components; Check fuses, control components, and fastening screws.

3. Please pay attention to the user manual of the temperature controller when controlling temperature.


5、 Precautions

1. Open the instrument (first use) and turn it on after stopping for 3 hours.

2. When transporting instruments, the angle should be ≤ 45 degrees.
