KG switch is an excellent isolation switch. They have high penetration fault and fault manufacturing capabilities, specially designed for isolation switches and maintenance switches in machine tools, distribution boards, and distribution boards.

The KG switch is very compact and has a very large isolation distance between open contacts to achieve maximum safety. The KG on/off switch provides abnormally high dimensional clearance and creepage distance between terminals, designed for time-saving "straight" wiring. Forcefully opening and closing the main contact is a standard configuration.

The circuit breaker (black handle) and the emergency function circuit breaker (red handle and yellow panel) are equipped with padlock handles and anti finger terminals.

Installation method

Panel installation

Panel bracket is a widely used bracket.

They consist of two main categories.

Two/four hole mounting components are fixed around the central axis hole with (2/4) screws.

For single hole installation, the shaft hole is used for fixation.

The two hole/four hole bracket provides a variety of different installation methods, making it suitable for all tasks.

Base installation

The base installation is used to fix the switch on the rear side, so it is a common installation method for large distribution cabinets.

The switch can be installed on the base plate with two or four screws, or on the DIN rail with a "buckle".. For this installation method, several types of door clutches with or without padlocks can be used.

In a plastic casingThe isolation shell is divided into five groups:

KS -, KL -, CS -, CL housings (IP66/67): Cover couplings with or without cover interlock, sturdy and durable plastic, increasing wiring space.

ST1 casing (IP54): with ample wiring space and threaded entry.

PN -, PF shell (IP42, IP65): small size and threaded inlet.

PFA PFF shell (IP54, IP65): only suitable for KG switches; Threaded inlet, coupling with and without cover, and sturdyDurable plastic.

PK Cabinet (IP44): Cabinet with lateral drives and entrances with and without threads.
