Innovatec Ger ä tetechnik GmbH was founded in 1994 in Rheinbach, Germany. The company's mission is to develop and produce small instruments and equipment for analysis and preparation in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in the field of medical technology. Nowadays, its core product is an ozone generator based on silent discharge and PEM electrolysis. Our product portfolio also includes auxiliary components such as catalytic ozonators and customer specific products sold under OEM labels.

Since 1989, the founder of Innovatec Ger ä tetechnik GmbH has been engaged in the ozone business. In 1997, Innovatec expanded and relocated from Rheinbach Merzbach to the North II industrial zone in Rheinbach. In 2006, the company underwent its second expansion and moved to the university district of Rheinbach.

Many of our employees and related consultants have extensive experience in the development and production of PEM ozone electrolysis cells in the pharmaceutical industry. Some of them have been engaged in this business since the beginning of PEM technology in Switzerland.

In 1999 and 2000, the "cold" purified water circuit was built in the Hirst Industrial Park (near Frankfurt am Main). itsThe capacity exceeds 400 m ³/h and is protected by ozone generated by electrolysis. Approximately 70 single electrolysis ozone generators have been installed throughout the region to provide services to companies located in the industrial park. Over 2000 Innovatec ozone batteries have been installed and operated worldwide.

Used for continuous disinfection of ultrapure water refrigeration and distribution systems.

Electrolytic ozone generator, used for continuous or discrete disinfection of refrigeration and distribution systems for ultrapure water. Ozone is directly generated from ultrapure water. ELAG's design allows for reliable, fully automated operation with low maintenance costs. The electrolysis of ozone ensures an effective solution for high ozone concentration in water without the need for expensive certified gas supply. The ozone generator consists of a power source and an independent electrolytic cell made of stainless steel, high-purity titanium, and polytetrafluoroethylene.
