2、 Usage of DZG

　A、 Adjustment of the upper arm when rolling bottles of different specifications

This machine can be used to roll bottle caps ranging from 5-500ml. When using any size of bottle, simply place the bottle on a tray, hold the crossbar with one hand, and loosen the nut on the left side of the crossbar with the other hand to lower or raise the crossbar until the cap head is about 20mm from the bottle cap. Then tighten the nut and use a randomly provided hex wrench to tightly fasten the support ring against the crossbar and lock it in place. When tightening, pay attention to aligning the capping head with the bottle cap position.

B. Adjustment of V-shaped support block

Place the bottle into the lower V-shaped support, loosen the two screws on the support block, move the bottle and the lower V-shaped block together until the capping head is aligned with the bottle cap, and then tighten the two screws on the V-shaped block.

C、 Specific operating methods

1. Place the bottle filled with liquid and capped onto the lower tray, lean against the V-shaped support block, hold the bottle with one hand, and tighten the handle downwards with the other hand. At this point, the tray lifts the bottle upwards until the cap is tightly pressed against the capping head.

2. After the bottle cap is tightly pressed against the capping head, the three continuously rotating capping blades rotate several times to tighten the bottle cap. The motor must run clockwise.

3. Push the handle forward to make the rolled lid return to its original position with the tray. The entire operation process is completed. Repeat the above operation for each bottle cap rolled in the future.

4、 Adjustment of the capping head

This machine is equipped with multiple capping heads, which can be selected according to the size of different bottle caps. Before formal use, you can try using a bottle.

1. The lid is not tightly rolled, you can unscrew the locking nut of the lid head in a counterclockwise direction to remove the upper lid head, and then tighten the upper fixing nut.

2. The lid is rolled too tightly and there is a phenomenon of unscrewing the bottle cap. You can unscrew the locking nut of the upper rolling cover head and screw it clockwise into the upper rolling cover head, then lock the upper fixing nut.
