Online weighing system

The WinCK200 (PC) online weighing system is mainly used for high-speed and high-precision measurement of products weighing less than 200g. Originating from *'s high-speed sampling technology and dynamic filtering model, it effectively meets customers' requirements for high-speed and high-precision products. Three table compact design, smaller machine size, standardized table length of 200 or 300mm, can be easily integrated into existing production lines, dynamically weigh each product, remove non-conforming products or perform multi-level sorting to ensure product quality.

1、 Product Introduction

1. The WinCK200 (PC) online weighing system is mainly used for high-speed and high-precision measurement of products weighing less than 200g. Originating from *'s high-speed sampling technology and dynamic filtering model, it effectively meets customers' requirements for high-speed and high-precision products.

2. The WinCK series features a compact design with three tables and comes standard with a 10 inch touch screen; The WinCK-PC series is a 10 inch tablet computer that meets the requirements of GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and has more advanced software functions such as electronic recording, electronic signature, database query, report curve, audit tracking, etc.

3. The standardized tabletop length is 200 or 300mm, which can be easily integrated into existing production lines to dynamically weigh each product, remove non-conforming products, or perform multi-level sorting to ensure product quality.

4. The WinCK200 series belt has two widths of 95mm and 150mm, which can adapt to products of different sizes. The system can store weighing data in real time and output the data to the online SPC system through serial port or Ethernet.
