Overview

The online residual chlorine detector is widely used for continuous monitoring and control of residual chlorine content in water solutions, such as automatic chlorination control of circulating water, hospital sewage discharge, water quality treatment engineering, etc.

Product Details

The online residual chlorine detector can be used for real-time online residual chlorine monitoring of hospital sewage and industrial sewage.

Measurement System Coating Method 3-Electrode Constant Current Measurement System
Simulation version: - Voltage output
Non potential isolated electronic system
Simulate internal processing of data
Digital version: - Fully potential isolated electronic system
Internal processing of digital data
Output signal: Analog signal (isolated voltage signal)
MA version:
Digital signal (isolated Mudbus RTU)
Analog current output
Non potential isolated electronic system
Output signal: two-wire 4-20mA
4-20mA sensor measurement range information
The slope of the sensor will vary by 65% to 150% based on the normal slope, depending on factors such as different models or applications
Recommended method for selecting the applicable range of sensors:
The concentration of the solution to be tested x 1.5=the measurement range of the sensor
For example, the concentration of the solution to be tested is 1.6 ppm x 1.5=2.4
Recommend using sensors with a measurement range of 0-5ppm
precision
After calibration under full-scale repetitive conditions
(25 ° C, pH 7.2 drinking water)
At 0.4 mg/l<1%
Within the measurement range of 1.6 mg/l<1% -2 mg/l:
Measurement range of 20 mg/l: within 4 mg/l<1%
At 16 mg/l<3%
Slope drift
After calibration under repeated conditions
(25 ° C, pH 7.2 for drinking water) Approximately -1% per month
Operating Temperature
Measure water temperature: 0...+45 ° C
(No condensation in water)
Environmental temperature: 0...+55 ° C
Temperature compensation is automatically compensated through integrated temperature sensors, and sudden temperature changes must be avoided
Allow for high work pressure
Not equipped with a positioning ring: 0.5 bar without pressure shock or vibration
Equipped with a positioning ring: 3.0 bar without pressure shock or vibration
The flow rate in the FCL flow cup is about 15-30 l/h, with a relatively low flow rate dependence
(Please refer to the "Relationship between Flow Velocity and Slope" on the next page of the data table)
pH range
pH 4 – pH 9, Reduced pH dependence
(Please refer to the "Relationship between pH and Slope" on the next page of the data table)
Conductivity 10 µ S/cm -50 mS/cm (seawater)
Run time * * Approximately used 2 hours
Response time T90: approximately 0.2 minutes (reaching 90% of the measured value)
Zero point correction is not required
Slope calibration is being conducted on the measuring device and analyzed using the DPD-1 method
interference
ClO2: Parameter 0.75
O3: Parameter 0.8
Combining chlorine will increase the measurement value

Sensor:+5...+40 ° C in a dry and electrolyte free environment
Electrolyte: Store in the original bottle away from light, and at least one can be stored in an environment of+5...+35 ° C
Year or until the indicated shelf life
Cap:+5...+40 ° C in original packaging
(Used film caps are not recommended for long-term storage)
maintain
Regularly check the control signal, it is recommended to do so once a week
The following depends on the water quality:
Membrane cap replacement cycle: one year
Electrolyte replacement cycle: one year.

The residual chlorine sensor is imported from Germany and does not require electrolyte for measurement. There are no strict requirements for flow rate, and automatic temperature compensation ensures accurate measurement. After leaving the factory, it can be used on-site without calibration and has good linear response within the low value range of 0-0.1mg/L.

The residual chlorine transmitter adopts a liquid crystal display meter, a Chinese English switching interface, 4-20mA analog output, multiple calibration and adjustment functions, high cost-effectiveness, strong practicality, and is equipped with a protective box.
