MicroNIR PAT-UOnline near-infrared spectrometerIt is an innovative work by Viavi Solutions. MicroNIR PAT-U was designed with consideration of the environmental requirements outlined in GMP regulations, while minimizing the need for equipment maintenance. The instrument itself does not have any moving parts or expensive fiber optic cables, and can exhibit excellent performance and stable state even under complex environmental conditions. The instrument is designed with stainless steel/brushed aluminum alloy, which is easy to clean and meets IP65 waterproof and dustproof standards.

MicroNIR software

Users can flexibly develop software to meet the needs of processes/products or manufacturing environments. The developable features include path tracking, user management, encrypted data storage, and many other functions required by GMP regulations.

• The control software can easily achieve spectral acquisition, method research, real-time analysis, user management, method development, and meet the indicators required for instruments specified in USP 1119.
  

• Viavi Unscrambler ® The development and data research of X as a standard model not only provide regression and classification algorithms, but also offer users a complete set of chemometric tools.

• The MicroNIR process control software can design different online monitoring methods for multiple MicroNIR spectrometers, making the entire monitoring process simpler. Online engineers can conveniently view the collected data and analysis results in real-time, and simultaneously transmit important online data to the main control room.

MicroNIR PAT-U fully considers the flexibility of instrument operation in the design process to adapt to various online detection conditions, making it integrated on a variety of different flange bases:

• Standard flange base
  

The standard flange base includes: a flange that can be tightly integrated with the instrument, a 2-inch cleanable flange base, a sapphire window panel, and an O-ring. In the specific use process, it is necessary to make a small hole in the production equipment, weld the flange on the small hole, and then assemble the flange base, window panel, and buckle ring in sequence. PAT-U is equipped with an adjustable elastic clip to ensure the safety of the window panel, and also comes with a C-shaped clamp to make flange cleaning easier. All accessories are easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain.

• Threaded flange base
  

The threaded flange base allows users to easily weld the base onto online equipment and then install the PAT-U spectrometer on the flange base. The threaded flange base also includes a detachable window for easy cleaning and maintenance.
