1. It can simultaneously detect indicators such as moisture, protein, fat, ash content, carbohydrates, and lactose in milk powder without any sample pretreatment. The data can be directly detected in real-time online and updated every 5 seconds (time adjustable). No need for manual sampling, saving labor and reducing the frequency of sampling and laboratory testing. As shown in the figure below:

2. It can detect all milk powder on the production line in real-time, making the production results more objective and fair. The data can be automatically saved for one month by default, so the data has traceability. The detection speed of once every 5 seconds can ensure the representativeness of the product. The quality of a product can be measured by data.
3. The instrument can not only detect various indicators of the product in real time, but also display trend charts within the stage time, as shown in the figure, which can be switched between 0.5, 1, 3, 8, and 24 hours. By controlling the stability of indicators over a period of time, the stability of product quality can be ensured.
